Despite excellent service and the added benefit of convenience, Target Optical was not capturing their fair share of eyewear shoppers.
Target Optical needed a strategic and visual reset to pull guests in. Spicefire helped the retailer craft a new brand story and fresh visual aesthetic that balances the connection to the Target host while delivering on the unique needs of the eyewear shopper.

To ensure the brand promise is delivered consistently and meaningfully at every guest touchpoint, we developed a set of guidelines not only for the brand team, but also training tools for associates at the store level.
