A Spicefire Brand Director is a seasoned strategic leader and change agent who is driven to create great work that results in a profitable and powerful brand experience. The role of the Brand Director is to lead and grow principal client relationships by creating trusted and strategic partnerships. The Brand Director is a thought leader within the agency, responsible for helping to enhance the culture, inspiring the people around them, and attracting external audiences to the company.  

Core Responsibilities:
  • Build best-in class, effective relationships with the highest level of clients that result in new opportunities for the agency.
  • Create a bold and clear vision for your brands and businesses.
  • Pitch and win new business and grow current client assignments.
  • Lead, manage and mentor multiple brands, businesses and/or teams across many mediums and categories.
  • Command presence and deliver engaging, story-driven and persuasive POV.
  • Deliver disruptive thinking or produce new ideas to elevate our product.
  • Set high standards that deliver both quality and innovation.
  • Inspire, motivate and build an environment where the best ideas can be born and thrive.
  • Manage and mentor people, help grow their careers.
  • Build expertise in hiring, goal setting and performance reviews.

Basic Requirements:
  • This role requires the ability to use a keyboard, monitor, copier, scanner, and other office equipment.  The role also requires the ability to communicate verbally, both in person and on the telephone.  You may be required to travel to vendor or client offices, both domestically and internationally.
  • Typical office environment.  Typical office noise levels. No personal protective equipment required. This roles requires the ability to thrive, influence, and operate in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
